1. . Requirements

• Industry experience in trading petroleum, Oil, Gas products internationally & regionally 
• Knowledge in using trading application systems
• Knowledge about stakeholders/ players required in executing transaction
• Comprehensive understanding of transaction process from initiation to delivery - from operations perspective and its requirements.
• Comprehensive process of financial transaction & settlement process from initiation to delivery 
• Knowledge and ability to access relevant information/news required to make informed business decision.
• Knowledge of hedging risks

B. Scope

1. Support the process/ development of appropriate/required ideas for the user Interface & experience 

Support the process for the development of framework and design layout of the application from Web page to individual users interfaces and Interactive features.

2. Features & Functions

Features -

• Establish/ Define the expectations/ required/ supported features of the application.
• Identify the distinctive characteristics/ features for users.

Functions

Establish/ Define operational output/ parameters

3. Operational Process Flow for Users

• Design/ Establish intended user experience on the application
• Determine appropriate Logic/ sequence in engagements/ interactions which achieves a seamless progression in user experience.

Determine the process flow i.e guided sequence of events for example

• When listing product
• Purchasing product
• Querying Products
• ** Requesting’/ Scheduling/ Auctioning products
• ** Transaction initiation, process & validation
• ** Settlement process etc..
