We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Procurement / Sourcing Executive to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, sourcing high-quality materials and services, and building strong relationships with suppliers. Responsibilities:

• Source and procure goods and services to meet the company's needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and engage new suppliers, negotiating terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement requirements and ensure that purchased goods meet quality standards.
• Manage and track procurement budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and effective utilization of resources.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risks.
• Review and evaluate supplier performance to ensure continuous improvement.
• Assist in resolving procurement-related issues and providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Experience with procurement software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be proactive, results-driven, and possess excellent organizational skills.
• A male candidate is preferred for the role.
