Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source vendors for fabrics, sewing materials, equipment, office supplies, and other operational needs
• Request and compare quotations to ensure best value for money
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability for academy operations and training
• Conduct periodic stock checks and report discrepancies
• Ensure timely procurement to avoid disruption in classes and production
• Handle logistics for procurement-related deliveries

Requirements

At least OND in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

The Ideal candidate must be a male

• 1 – 2years experience in procurement, preferably in fashion brand (women’s wear)
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and documentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Integrity, accountability, and good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
