Procurement Officer at Rovedana

Job Description:

Our partner, a plastic recycling company, is looking to hire a Procurement Officer, someone to work under the Operations Manager to ensure there is a steady supply of post-consumer plastics for processing at the factory. He/She will be responsible for identifying suppliers, negotiating pricing, and ensuring the timely delivery of post-consumer plastics while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Requirements:

• OND Qualification
• Previous experience as a procurement or sourcing officer is required
• Entrepreneurial, creative problem solver & self-starter that can work independently
• Proven ability to close prospective sales
• Strong relationship management
• Keen attention to detail and detailed record/inventory keeping
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
