    Procurement Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Procurement Officer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing high-quality materials, components, and services required for automotive production. This role ensures timely supply, cost efficiency, compliance with quality standards, and strong supplier relationships. The Procurement Officer works closely with production, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Professional certifications are an added advantage.

    Experience

    • 2–4 years of procurement experience, preferably in automotive or manufacturing industries.
    • Strong understanding of automotive components, raw materials, and supplier ecosystems.
    • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

    Skills

    • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
    • Excellent knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain principles.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement tools.
    • Strong communication, documentation, and analytical abilities.
    • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environments.
