• Proforce Limited seeks a skilled and experienced Procurement Officer to manage sourcing and procurement of vehicle parts and related supplies from local markets, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and procure quality automobile parts and supplies.
• Expedite procurement processes and manage material scheduling.
• Maintain supplier relationships; negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Track and manage orders; handle delays proactively.
• Maintain detailed procurement records and reports.
• Identify cost-effective procurement strategies and maintain inventory controls.
• Collaborate across teams and support ad-hoc tasks from the Procurement Manager.

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience (automobile/security sectors preferred).
• Strong MS Office proficiency; excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, multitasking-savvy, and able to operate under pressure.
