Procurement Officer at PC Planet

Key Responsibility:

• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for quality products and competitive pricing
• Review and analyze purchase requests, quotations, and specifications
• Process and manage purchase orders, invoices, and delivery timelines
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to avoid shortages or overstocking
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, delivery, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry best practices
• Evaluate vendor performance and recommend improvements or alternatives
• Work closely with the finance, sales, and technical teams to ensure operational alignment
• Stay updated on market trends and potential suppliers

Job Description:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with ICT/computer hardware products is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Must reside in or around Ikeja or be willing to relocate
