Procurement Officer at Horatio Limited

Horatio Limited is seeking an experienced 'Procurement Officer' to support project delivery through effective sourcing, vendor management, commercial evaluation, and timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment & services.
• Source vendors, evaluate quotations & prepare commercial comparisons.
• Prepare RFQs, purchase orders & procurement documentation.
• Monitor orders and expedite deliveries to meet project timelines.
• Ensure materials meet approved specifications, quality & project standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years' procurement experience, preferably in oil & gas or construction.

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of procurement & sourcing strategies.
• Good understanding of oil & gas and construction procurement.
• Proficiency in RFQs,
• quotations, purchase orders & procurement reports.
• Strong commercial negotiation & vendor evaluation skills. Strong attention to detail & teamwork abilities.

CERTIFICATIONS

• CIPS, NIGP, or other relevant procurement certifications are an added advantage..
