Job Description

• Discover profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships.
• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Make purchases for goods and services in a timely order
• Examine goods purchase properly to ensure quality and standard delivery.
• Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers to get a cost-effective price for the company.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure good terms of supply
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Preparation of Purchase Orders for all purchases made from the company’s vendors
• An up to date into the Inventory/Materials Management record/system.

Qualification / Skills

• Degree in related discipline
• Minimum of 6 years work experience ina consumer/manufacturing company
• Import experience required
• Great attention to detail
• Good time management skills.
