Procurement / Maintenance Officer at Discovering Talents Academy

Responsibilities

• Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
• Must have at least 3 years driving experience
• Able to make use of microsoft work and excel sheet properly
• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing
• Recording information as needed.
• Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
• Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
• Must be organized and punctual.
• Well-presented and professional.
