Procurement Lead at Equipment Hall Limited

Job Description

• Work with International Procurement team to input into and develop core Procurement projects for the region for all relevant Business Units
• Develops, together with the procurement operations LT, the procurement services lines in Global Service Center
• Develops and manages reporting, benchmarking, and analytics to support the global procurement function particularly around spend categories, contract compliance, Procurement performance, supplier scorecards
• Owner of global procurement operations processes such as Procurement to Pay (P2P), Contract Management, Supplier performance
• Partner with Legal, Global Procurement category manager and R&D staff to draft, negotiate and execute contracts
• Work with IS and P2P Operations to configure procurement technologies to support reporting and governance needs
• Work with Strategic Procurement leadership to provide reporting and implementation assistance for category management and strategic sourcing efforts when necessary
• Ability to interface at all levels of the organization to solve compliance problems and ensure transparency of all procurement activities

Qualification and Experience

• B.Sc Degree in Purchasing and Supply, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 7 years Minimum experience with sourcing, procurement operations, procurement of IT Hardwares.
• Applicants should not be more than 40 years of experience
• Must have worked as a Procurement Lead for not less than 3 years.
• Must be able to work without supervision.
• Must have at least two years in International procurement specifically in IT hardware. .
