Procurement Expeditier at Recore Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Support the conversion of Purchase Requisitions (PR) to Purchase Orders (PO).
• Follow up and expedite Purchase Orders to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers on order status, delivery schedules and outstanding requests.
• Monitor purchase orders and track the delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve procurement and delivery delays.
• Maintain proper documentation and update procurement records.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• B.Sc. or HND in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on tasks effectively.
• Good organisational and interpersonal skills.
