This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Assistant at Gtext Holdings located in Lagos.
The Procurement Assistant will be responsible for managing purchase orders, utilizing analytical skills to assess market trends and pricing, overseeing purchasing processes, and handling procurement activities.
Effective communication skills will be integral to liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience in purchasing and procurement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create and manage purchase orders
Proficiency in procurement software and systems
Knowledge of supply chain management principles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain management are a plus
