    Processing Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Market Operation team is looking to hire a Processing Sales Manager professional who will be responsible for selling production equipment and solutions for Diary /Cheese production to our costumers in South Europe. This role is based in Lagos, Nigeria. 

    Responsibilities
    As Processing Sales Manager you will be responsible for: 

    • Driving opportunity management  and sales of equipment or lines in different food categories (e.g. Dairy Processing, Powder and Ice Cream) including responsibility for sales budget and margins
    • Building a strong relationship with assigned customers
    • Providing inputs to the development of the new products and participate in industrialization of new products
    • Coordinating Business Intelligence with continuous studies and support ad hoc studies development
    • Reporting of the market situation: won and lost orders, forecast, ongoing and planned activities
    • Securing a seamless and transparent collaboration with other functions in the company

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology (preferred)
    • Commercial experience: minimum 4 years experience in Sales of capital equipment for liquid food processing
    • Experience of key account management is preferred
    • Ability to travel within and outside of Lagos
    • Fluency in English and French
    • Excellent communications skills
    • Good presentation skills
    • Positive, can do attitude, open for a long-term opportunity with an international mindset
    • Ability to work individually and a good team player
    • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
