Process & Productivity Manager at Fave Consulting

Job Summary

We\'re looking for a high- Process & Productivity Manager to join our dynamic team. You\'ll design and implement efficient systems to the FMCG team. You\'ll oversee the design and enforce systems that improve efficiency, reduce leakages, and strengthen accountability. This role is crucial in managing debtors, procurement processes, warehouse operations, and preventing theft.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce SOPs across sales, procurement, warehouse & logistics
•  Manage debtors’ process – vet credit customers, monitor payments, recover debts
• Implement theft prevention controls – daily reconciliations, stock audits, surprise checks
• Train and enforce compliance across departments
•  Introduce tools (ERP, dashboards, trackers) for real-time visibility
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on process compliance & productivity improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in FMCG/Retail process management
• Proven track record in credit control & internal controls
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP/CRM systems
• Hands-on leader with a no-compromise approach to accountability. 
• Proven record of hitting sales targets
• Effective leadership skills and a strong work ethic. 
• Excellent verbal and written skills, customer service skills. 
• Efficient, well-organized, and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously. 
• Energetic, enthusiastic and motivational. 
• Professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
• Normal work hours: Full-time { Monday – Saturday}

Salary:  250,000K monthly
