About the Role

• We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Process Optimisation Manager to join our team at UML.
• The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years’ experience in a similar role.
• We are looking for somebody with experience in managing and owning processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements.
• Experience with process mapping and analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements
• Oversee operational processes
• Design and implement process improvement strategies
• Manage process documentation and prepare detailed reports on the efficiency of the processes
• Collaborate with managers to develop business process models and performance metrics
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of processes to ensure consistent outcomes
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization
• Implement change management processes
• Train staff on new processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
• Liaising between the executives and other departments, or stakeholders to ensure timely communications

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Process Manager or similar role
• Understanding of business processes and process management methodologies
• Proficiency in process modelling and analysis
• Experience with process improvement techniques and methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for smoother execution
• BSc degree in Business Administration, Management or relevant field
