Represent COMPANY as Contract Site Representative for chemicals procurement, chemicals treatment execution, chemical applications performance evaluation, field sampling/testing and laboratory testing as required for Flow Assurance management
Supervise and coordinate the activities of Flow Assurance 3rd Party Service Providers
Provide day-to-day support on performance effective and cost- effective utilization of chemicals through field visits and consultation with pipeline operation personnel and contractors
Coordinate structured sampling and testing of crude, gas, water from manifolds and flow stations or other specified points ensuring pipeline integrity data availability.
Evaluate the benefits of new chemical products/techniques in the laboratory, execute field trials and evaluate performance of approved products.
Review or update test procedures and work instructions in line with approved document change procedure
Plan for tests/calibrations/ field activity or conduct laboratory analysis calibrations or field activity as required.
Follow up analysis and reporting of samples required for decision making in respect of treatment and processes.
Review test results and make interpretations
/recommendation(s)/based on test results issued by chemical services vendors, company laboratory, contractors and contractor personnel.
Mentor and train staff in sampling/chemical treatment
