Process Engineer at Century Industrial Fze

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Process Engineer to optimize and oversee our manufacturing processes in diaper production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving process efficiency, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining safety and cost-effectiveness in production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Develop and implement process control systems to ensure consistent product quality.
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions to reduce waste and enhance throughput.
• Collaborate with the production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff on process best practices.
• Monitor key process parameters and prepare reports on production performance and improvement opportunities.
• Support new product development by designing scalable and efficient manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the FMCG or diaper manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, process optimization techniques, and quality control systems.
• Proficiency in using process simulation and data analysis software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies is an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
