ROLE OVERVIEW

• The QC & Process Compliance Assistant supports the implementation, monitoring, and enforcement ofquality control standards and operational compliance across all regions to ensure efficiency andadherence to company SOPs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor compliance with QC processes and SOPs across all regions
• Conduct audits and identify process gaps.
• Prepare and submit compliance and performance reports
• Follow up on corrective actions and resolve identified issues
• Maintain accurate records of audits and compliance activities

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
