Job Summary

To facilitate trainings, engage in management consulting, oversee business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, maintain relationships with clients, enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.

Main Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the business unit/organization.
- Perform market research and complex analysis of possible opportunities
- Develop aggressive marketing, net revenue plans and direct successful implementation
- Create business plans to support the company’s financial objectives.
- Facilitate/Coordinate training and development plans for the leadership team
- Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning
General Manager Requirements:
- 5 - 7 years of operations management and/or consulting background, MBA is a plus
- Strong experience in leading teams and management
- Registered member of Centre for Management Development (CMD) or Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM)
