Primary Teacher at Royalville Elementary School

We are seeking a passionate, caring, and creative Montessori Primary School Teacher to join our learning community ( Royalville Elementary School, Ita-Oshin). The successful candidate will create a safe, engaging, and child-centered classroom environment that supports the academic, emotional, social, and physical development of children in line with Montessori principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Montessori-based lessons and activities.
• Create a prepared classroom environment that encourages independence and exploration.
• Observe, assess, and document students’ progress and development.
• Support children’s emotional, social, and academic growth.
• Maintain positive communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and nurturing classroom atmosphere.
• Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Supervise students during classroom and outdoor activities.
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and learning materials.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events.

Qualifications and Requirements

• NCE/ND
• Valid teaching license/certification where applicable.
• Experience teaching primary/elementary-aged children preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families.
• Passion for child-centered learning and student success.
• Two referees
