Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum.
• Monitor and assess pupils’ progress, providing regular feedback to parents and the school.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Participate in school programs, trainings, meetings, and events.
• Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Maintain accurate student records and reports.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership to improve teaching strategies.
• Uphold the school’s values, policies, and standards at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of a B.Ed., NCE, or equivalent in Education or related field.
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years of teaching experience in a reputable school.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong classroom management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to use modern teaching aids and digital tools.
• Passion for education and child development.
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing disposition.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team.
• A valid teaching license/certification is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Nigerian /Montessori is preferred.
• Must be passionate about working with children.
• Must reside within proximity to the school or be willing to relocate.
