    Pricing Analyst

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site Pricing Analyst role based in Abuja or Lagos. The Pricing Analyst will develop and maintain pricing models for logistics and supply chain services, ensuring competitive and profitable rate structures across road, air, and sea offerings. Daily responsibilities include collecting and analyzing cost, market, and customer data, preparing quotations and rate proposals, and supporting sales teams with pricing insights and scenarios. The role will collaborate with finance and operations to monitor margins, evaluate contract performance, identify pricing risks and opportunities, and recommend adjustments. The Pricing Analyst will also prepare regular reports and dashboards, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and contribute to process improvements in pricing workflows and tools.

    Qualifications

    • Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret complex cost structures, volumes, and market trends.
    • Finance knowledge, including pricing concepts, margin analysis, and basic financial modeling relevant to logistics services.
    • Communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, operations, finance, and external stakeholders.
    • Understanding of Sales processes and commercial dynamics to support competitive pricing strategies and negotiations.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
    • Proficiency with spreadsheets and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, ); experience with CW1 is an advantage.
    • Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or freight forwarding pricing is highly beneficial.
    • Strong attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, and a continuous improvement mindset.
