Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging phonics-based lessons
• Create a stimulating and nurturing classroom environment
• Support children's literacy development through interactive and play-based learning
• Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance learning experiences

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of phonics (Jolly Phonics or other phonics-based approaches)
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in an early years setting
• Excellent classroom management and creative teaching strategies
• Passionate about child development and early literacy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
