Preschool Teacher

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging phonics-based lessons
- Create a stimulating and nurturing classroom environment
- Support children's literacy development through interactive and play-based learning
- Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance learning experiences
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of phonics (Jolly Phonics or other phonics-based approaches)
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in an early years setting
- Excellent classroom management and creative teaching strategies
- Passionate about child development and early literacy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
