Job Description

• The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate learning activities, fostering social and emotional development, and creating a positive classroom environment based on Montessori principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons
• Apply Montessori teaching methods in daily classroom activities
• Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment
• Observe and track children’s progress and development
• Communicate effectively with parents and school staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Good knowledge of Montessori teaching methods (certification is an advantage)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children
• Previous experience in a preschool or similar setting is an added advantage.
