Position Overview

• The pre-sales solutions analyst is responsible for bridging the technical and operational needs of the sales team by ensuring smooth coordination between supply-chain processes and sales activities.
• This role involves working in close alignment with the sales team to analyze customers' requisitions, present tailored medical solutions, support sales strategies, and manage technical product knowledge to ensure seamless delivery of the company's solutions and services.

Job Description

• Analyze customer requirements and propose customized solutions using the company’s product portfolio.
• Work in alignment with SAMs to develop product presentations and technical proposals for customer engagements.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to address customer enquiries about technical specifications.
• Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of medical devices and other consumables.
• Develop workflows and configurations that meet customer-specific clinical needs.
• Ensure proposed solutions comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Work closely with the sales and technical teams to align customer needs and delivery schedules.
• Act as a technical liaison between the internal team to gather insights for sales pitches.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide technical training to the sales team on new and existing products.
• Stay updated on advancements in medical technologies and relay relevant insights to internal teams.
