    Premises & Maintenance Manager

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / First Degree in Facility Management or related fields
    • 2 - 5 years relevant work experience as a maintenance manager
    • Valid certification in facility/maintenance will be a plus
    • Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
    • Ability to keep track and report on activity
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
