Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team by providing technical expertise during client meetings, calls and demos.
• Understand customer's needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions and product demonstrations.
• Prepare and deliver product demos, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical presentations to prospective clients.
• Address technical objections and questions raised by prospects during the sales process.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with accurate technical information and documentation.
• Collaborate with sales team to develop proposals, technical documentation and solution architecture.
• Support post-sales handsoff by ensuring smooth transition of technical requirements to implementation/support teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, information technology, Engineering or a related field.
• 1 - 2years of experience in IT pre-sales, sales engineering,technical support or a related technical role.
• Prior exposure to B2B software/ technology sales enviroment is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• IT knowledge.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
