Powder Coating Supervisor at JMG

• We need a Powder Coating Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the powder coating unit.
• This role ensures that all coating processes are performed efficiently, safely and align with best quality standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire powder coating process, from preparation to finishing
• Responsible for the scheduling of shifts, workstation assignments/rotations.
• Monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and customer specifications
• Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the coating process
• Monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and customer specifications.
• Manage inventory of powder coating materials and supplies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the coating process, equipment, and materials

Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc. in relevant courses.
• Min 5-7 years of proven work experience in powder coating.
• Strong exposure in an Industrial/Manufacturing environment.
