POS Support Representative
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 1 - 3 years
- Location Lagos , Ogun
- Job Field Engineering / Technical
Job Description:
- Configuration of POS terminals upon request.
- Troubleshooting of POS terminals.
- Regular visits and support of merchants to ensure up-time on POS terminals.
- Managing POS Merchant settlements & reconciliation.
- Render excellent customer services to merchants.
Job Requirement:

Qualifications:
- HND/BSC in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience as a POS Support Representative.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Must be highly organized.
