POS Officer - Lagos at Tranter IT Infrastructure Services Limited

Salary: 200,000 - 250,000

Responsibilities

• Escalating merchant’s complaints such as chargebacks/failed/delayed settlement to the  appropriate team.
• Sourcing and onboarding of new merchant.
• Visitation of merchants and repairs of terminal to provide firsthand support and resolve POS  issues.
• Creating marketing strategies to achieve giving sales targets.
• Training of merchants and their sales reps on how to use the terminal effectively.
• Retrieving terminals from inactive merchants
• Remapping retrieved terminals to new merchants or those with faulty terminals.
• Making requests for terminal replacements in cases of damage

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as a POS Officer
• Skilled in data analysis using excel
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willing to learn fast
• Good communication skills.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience.
