Potential Responsibilities

• Manage strategic asset allocation and portfolio diversification to meet performance targets and investment guidelines.
• Analyze financial markets, identify opportunities, and support proactive investment decision-making.
• Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to regular reporting such as fact sheets and review updates.
• Ensure all investment activity aligns with internal policies, Trust Deeds, and SEC/CIS regulations.
• Participate in investment committee sessions and collaborate with team members on product innovation.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of portfolio transactions and valuations.
• Support the Head of Asset Management in the design and launch of new investment products.
• Engage internal stakeholders and counterparties to ensure smooth transaction execution.

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, CIS, ACA, ACCA) are a plus.
• 2–8 years of hands-on experience in portfolio, asset, or investment management.
• Sound understanding of the Nigerian investment landscape and regulatory environment.
• Strong analytical skills, market awareness, and an eye for investment opportunities.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and collaboration skills.
