Porter at PEARL Oncology

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the transportation of patients, equipment, and supplies within the hospital.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of hospital premises, including corridors, waiting areas, and patient rooms.
• Respond promptly to requests for porter services from hospital staff.
• Assist with the setup and dismantling of equipment for meetings, events, and procedures.
• Handle waste disposal and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Perform routine inspections and report any maintenance issues to the Hospital Manager.
• Provide support during emergencies and follow established protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
