Pool Cashier at Davina Hotel & Resort

Job Summary

• Davina Hill Resort & Hotel is seeking a smart, courteous, and detail-oriented Pool Cashier to manage financial transactions at the poolside bar and recreation area.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving payments, issuing receipts, and ensuring accurate record-keeping while delivering excellent customer service to guests enjoying the pool facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process payments for poolside services, food, drinks, and other recreational activities.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station at the pool area.
• Provide friendly assistance to guests and respond to inquiries about poolside services.
• Coordinate with the bar, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Report discrepancies, issues, or customer complaints to the supervisor promptly.
• Ensure adherence to the hotel’s financial and operational policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as a cashier, preferably in a hotel, bar, or hospitality environment.
• Strong numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, reliable, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
