• We seek smart and dynamic NYSC corps members to join us as Placement Associates. This role involves actively driving job placements for participants of our skills development programs by securing opportunities with businesses and SMEs. As a Placement Associate, you will work closely with our established placement structure, attending events, sourcing partners, and ensuring placement targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Placement Drive Management:

• Identify and secure job opportunities for trainees by building relationships with businesses and SMEs.
• Attend events, networking sessions, and job fairs to promote our placement services.
• Match qualified candidates with suitable job roles, ensuring high-quality placements.
• Build strong relationships with HR managers and decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships.
• Monitor placement progress, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.

Market Research & Business Development:
 

• Research and identify new business opportunities aligned with placement objectives for trainee placements.
• Leverage personal and organizational networks, and attend events, job fairs, and industry meetups to generate placement leads.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and submit regular reports on placement activities, progress, and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, placements, and activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• NYSC corps member currently serving in Lagos State with at least eight months remaining until their Passing Out Parade.
• Candidates must be energetic, proactive, and eager to attend events and source potential placement partners.
• Passion for sales, relationship-building, and driving tangible results.
• Outgoing personality with strong networking and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, or related fields is an advantage.
• BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, and related fields is an added advantage
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools is a plus.
