Overview

We are seeking an experienced and business-driven PPS Manager with deep technical expertise and a strong commercial mindset. The successful candidate will oversee and grow JC International’s PPS operations, delivering projects safely, efficiently, and profitably across onshore and offshore facilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage all Pipeline & Process Services including:
  • Nitrogen purging and leak testing
  • Pigging and drying operations
  • Chemical cleaning and hydro testing
  • Lube oil flushing and decontamination
  • Hydro-jetting and commissioning support
•  Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase PPS market share.
•  Manage client relationships, ensuring repeat business and satisfaction.
• Oversee project budgets, manpower planning, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and          company procedures.
• Mentor and develop field engineers, supervisors, and technicians.

Requirements

• B.Eng / HND in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum of 10–15 years’ experience managing PPS operations in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven track record in Nitrogen purging, pigging, leak testing, and chemical cleaning.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
