Pipeline Engineer at Human Capital Partners (HCP)

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and evaluations to ensure the structural integrity of existing flowlines and Wellhead Platforms.
• Assist in designing new flowline systems according to project requirements.
• Develop and implement pipeline-repairing procedures (leaks, damage, sectional replacement, Cathodic Protection) ▪ Coordinating with other engineers, contractors, and stakeholders during the site construction activities.
• Assist in Cathodic Protection activities for the facilities (Wellhead Platforms, Pipelines, Flowlines)
• Report to the Project Engineer on work progress to achieve proper planning and control of the system to save cost and time.
• Assist project engineer in developing the Project Deliverables – e.g., Basis for Design, Project Execution Plan, Risk Management Plan, Interface Management Plan.
• Participate in pre-qualification, technical, and commercial analysis for sub-contract awards.

Requirements and Experience

• 8+ years in pipeline construction
• COREN membership and strong knowledge of pipeline systems and cathodic protection integration
• Expertise in inspections, flowline system design, and project coordination
• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, MS Project, and advanced software engineering solutions
• A passion for ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in pipeline projects.
