    Pilot Trainee

    The Nigerian Ports Authority is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Pilot Trainee.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Applicants are required to possess a minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Nautical Science or Marine Engineering.
    • Candidates must also possess a Seafarers Medical Certificate of Fitness and the mandatory certificates required for the position.
    • Applicants should have a West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) certificate or its equivalent.
    • Knowledge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) will be an added advantage.

    AGE REQUIREMENT:

    • Applicants must be between 20 and 27 years of age.
    • The position is classified under JSS 2 / GL 06.
    • Candidates interested in building a professional career in maritime operations and vessel navigation are encouraged to carefully consider this opportunity and ensure that they meet all the stated requirements.
