Physiotherapist at Royal Resource Management (RRM)

Role Overview

• We are seeking a passionate and skilled Physiotherapist with at least 2 years of experience and practical, hands-on knowledge in supporting children with developmental and physical challenges.
• The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in designing therapy programs that promote mobility, independence, and overall physical well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess students’ physical and developmental needs.
• Design and implement individualized physiotherapy programs.
• Provide direct therapy sessions to improve mobility, posture, strength, and motor skills.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support each child’s development.
• Monitor and document students’ progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.

Requirements

• Degree in Physiotherapy or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Physiotherapist.
• Strong knowledge of techniques for improving motor development in children with special needs.
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
