Responsibilties

• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, disciplined, and engaging learning environment, managing student behavior according to school policy.
• Student Support: Identify individual student needs, offer extra help, mentor students, and discuss progress with parents and administrators.
• Laboratory Oversight: Supervise and instruct students in using lab equipment and materials for practical learning.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on physics advancements and teaching methods, attend meetings, and participate in training.
• Collaboration: Work with department heads, learning support staff, other teachers, and parents.
