Physics Teacher at Broadoak Schools

Job Summary 

• The successful candidate will deliver engaging Physics lessons and develop students' understanding of scientific principles and their practical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver effective Physics lessons.
• Develop students' analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Conduct practical and laboratory-based activities where appropriate.
• Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
• Set and mark assessments and examinations.
• Monitor students' academic performance.
• Promote safe and responsible laboratory practices.
• Participate in relevant school activities.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (B.Ed., B.Sc / B.A with PGDE) or NCE in the relevant field.
• TRCN registration or evidence of registration will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Sound knowledge of modern teaching methods and digital learning tools.
• A strong passion for child development and academic excellence.
• Good moral character and integrity.
• A strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
• Ability to create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Commitment to the academic, personal, social, and character development of students.
• Relevant teaching experience will be an added advantage.
