• Pharmachain is excited to add an intern Software Developer to support our growth, learn and be part of our developement team.
• We are looking to hire an Intern PHP/Laravel developer specialized in developing web applications using Laravel Framework.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Next.Js is an added advantage.

Job Description

• Teamwork: Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development efforts.
• Documentation: Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development
• Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms
• Codebase: Utilize backend data services and contribute to increase existing data services API, also support our commitment to quality and results, as It’s critical that our code is not buggy and that our solutions are fully and comprehensively tested.
• Using an organized approach to solving problems. You need to participate in fully thought-out solutions and develop your solutions to show your understanding of the users we serve--not just the technology.
• Communicate effectively with all team members: You need to be able to communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical team members.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous working experience as a PHP/Laravel developer for 1 year.
• In depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and Laravel 5 PHP Framework
• Hands on experience with SQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST API design 
• Software testing (PHPUnit, PHPSpec)
• MySQL profiling and query optimization
• AWS and Devops knowledge is an added advantage.
