SUMMARY & PURPOSE OF JOB:

• As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from front-end elements.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, and you will work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy PHP-based solutions that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and suggest solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues and ensure seamless operation.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement of development processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 4 years of experience in PHP development, with a strong understanding of PHP frameworks.
• Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or SQL Server.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications:

• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Previous experience in e-commerce or SaaS environments
