Phone Repair Engineer at Best Service Raya

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software faults smartphones and related devices.
• Carry out repairs using approved tools, parts, and service manuals.
• Ensure all repairs are logged accurately in the service system
• Maintain proper handling and accountability for spare parts and consumables.
• Test devices thoroughly after repair to ensure full functionality and quality assurance.
• Adhere to company’s service turnaround time (TAT) and quality performance targets.
• Provide technical support to customer care representatives on repair-related inquiries.
• Follow safety, ESD, and quality control procedures in the workshop.
• Report repeated defects or technical trends to the Technical Supervisor or Operations Manager.
• Participate in regular technical trainings and skill updates provided by the company.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 3 - 7 years of experience.
