Pharmacy Technician at Wellington Clinics

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications accurately
• Prepare and label medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
• Maintain proper storage and inventory of drugs and medical supplies
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, policies, and procedures
• Keep accurate records of prescriptions, stock usage, and replenishment
• Support daily pharmacy operations and patient service delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising pharmacist.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Pharmacy Technology or a related field
• Must possess relevant and valid professional documents/licenses
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience (added for consistency; can be removed if not required)
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and drug handling
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a healthcare team.
