Pharmacy Operations Officer at Wellahealth

Job Description

Wellahealth is looking for a Pharmacy operations officer with at least one year post NYSC experience in the healthcare industry with interest in Tech. The duties of the Pharmacy operations officer are;

• Build and maintain relationships with pharmacy partners through regular communication and engagement activities (Physical and Virtual).
• Onboard new pharmacies to the Wellahealth network of pharmacies.
• Training of existing pharmacy partners to meet service quality standards and follow SOPs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, complaints, and requests from pharmacy partners and internal teams.
• Promote Wellahealth products and services to pharmacies and other clients through effective sales presentations.

Requirements

• Good communication abilities
• Great documentation skills
• Ability to use spreadsheets and tech savvy
• Have interest in healthcare technology
• Retail Pharmacy experience added advantage
