We are looking for a responsible and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our pharmacy in the Shomolu – Yaba area.
This role is strictly administrative and operational; candidates arenot required to be pharmacists but must be capable of managing staff and ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure efficient workflow
Oversee daily operations including opening/closing procedures
Monitor stock levels, coordinate inventory, and prevent shortages
Ensure proper organization of products and store cleanliness
Handle customer service issues and ensure a positive client experience
Track sales and prepare basic daily/weekly reports
Enforce staff discipline, attendance, and productivity
Ensure compliance with operational guidelines (while working alongside licensed pharmacists where required)
Requirements
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role (retail or pharmacy experience is an advantage)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of inventory control and sales tracking
Must be organized, proactive, and trustworthy
Ability to work with minimal supervision
OND/HND/BSc in any discipline (preferred)
Working Conditions:
Full-time position
Must reside in or around Shomolu–Yaba or be able to commute easily
