PharmaRun is looking for a Pharmacy fullfilment associate to manage the routing and fulfilment of medication requests across our pharmacy network.
This is an execution-focused role. You will receive medication requests from our internal Customer Support team , based on stock availability, urgency, and location.
This role is not sales or relationship management. It is about speed, accuracy, and medication knowledge.
What You’ll Do
Receive medication fulfilment requests from internal CS agents
Review each request for:
Medication availability
Urgency (acute vs non-acute)
Basket size and complexity
Pharmacy proximity and turnaround time
Assign requests to the most suitable pharmacy for fulfilment
Liaise with pharmacies to:
Confirm stock availability
Align on turnaround timelines
Resolve substitutions or clarifications
Monitor fulfilment progress and follow up on delays
Reroute requests quickly when fulfilment risk is identified
Escalate unresolved issues to Operations leadership
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or PharmD)
Previous hands-on experience working in a pharmacy (required)
Strong knowledge of commonly prescribed medications
Ability to identify appropriate alternatives when stock is unavailable
Comfortable handling multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong judgement around patient safety
