Pharmacist at St Luke's Hospital Asaba

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide medication counselling and education to customers.
• Monitor drug therapies for potential interactions and adverse effects.
• Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and patient information.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Manage inventory and ensure the availability of pharmaceutical products.
• Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment.
• Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
• Maintain appropriate inventory of pharmaceutical and medical supplies.
• Preparing new prescription and refill requests for patients
• Dispensing medication to patients per the Doctor’s prescription
• Report to the Superintendent Pharmacist in the department.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a Degree in Pharmacy.
• 2 - 4 years of work experience.
• candidate must possess a certification from the Pharmaceutical Council of Nigeria
• Strong Interpersonal Relationship Skills
