What You'll Do

You will be part of the team that ensures that medical products are delivered from our distribution centres to customers in a safe, reliable, and fast manner. By joining us, you will contribute to our mission of ensuring that every human on Earth has instant access to vital medical supplies. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Dispensing medications
• Reviewing prescriptions for accuracy and completeness
• Ensuring that medications are appropriately labelled
• Providing advice on the proper use of medications
• Monitoring patient health and progress
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to develop treatment plans
• Counselling patients/customers on the management of chronic conditions
• Educating patients about healthy lifestyles
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Managing inventory.

What You'll Bring

• University Degree in Pharmacy or a related field
• 2+ year experience in related role
• Minimum 1+ year in customer-facing or operations role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• The ideal candidate displays a high level of precision and is a detail-oriented individual who can multitask under dynamic deadlines.
• Obsessed with the customer experience and making sure the quality of our deliveries always exceeds expectations
• Upbeat and positive attitude, a collaborator who wants to succeed while also helping teammates grow
• Must be eligible to work in Nigeria
